How do I check my flight booking status?
Sign in and open My Trips. Every booking shows its current status, and opening one shows the full itinerary, your e-ticket and any changes from the airline.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
It depends on the fare you bought — each airline sets its own rules. Open the booking in My Trips and choose Cancel: you'll see the exact refund before you confirm anything. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
How can I change my flight date or time?
Open the booking in My Trips and choose Change date. You'll see the new options and any fare difference before you confirm. If the change isn't available online, our support team can help.
